The 5ME engine was fitted to the Toyota Crown and Toyota Cressida in Australia.

The standard spray pattern on the 5ME injectors is a single stream, as it is a basic- single hole pintle type injector. It therefore does not produce an acceptable level of fuel atomization. Without a cold start valve you may have trouble using the original injectors alongside an aftermarket ECU.
The injectors below produce a wider spray pattern which promotes better atomization. They also have a greater flow rate than the standard ~180cc/min injectors. Making them suitable for turbocharged applications.

(plastic top, comes with two plug types, earlier model has the EV1 Connector which is PnP)
Below are injectors that mount in the same fashion but have a different connector and body style. You will need to confirm their fitment, but I have seen RB20DET aftermarket kits that appear to use this Denso style injector with a patch harness. These have multiple holes and produce the greatest level of atomization.
